I don't know how many of you know this about me... but I have been working on my teaching certification. I have been student teaching and I haven't had much time for anything else! I will complete my teaching certification and be certified to teach Early Childhood-4th grade as well as All level Art! I have wanted to get my teaching certification for years and at the end of April I will be able to say I am a certified teacher!
Artistically I have been branching out.... I shot a fashion show for a designer based here in Houston. (Susan B.) Her line is called Tropi Couture and this was their Spring Fashion Show. I had a lot of fun and the designer, stylist, and models were all wonderful to work with! I am still passionate about working with children and I managed to squeeze in a shoot for a beautiful girl who was turning 13! What a great age!!!! At the end of this month I have a family portrait lined up and I am really looking forward to that shoot because it is out of town which will be fun! My kids and husband will be along for the adventure.
Once I have completed my student teaching and May has arrived I will have a little time to breath and take more clients. I hope 2009 is treating everyone well!!!
